1. Are your couches brand new?
No, our couches are pre-owned, but we do our best to breath new life into each one. They are steam cleaned, sanitized, and thoroughly inspected to ensure quality. We use high-quality cleaning products to give each couch a fresh look and great smell.
2. Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We provide free same-day delivery across Melbourne, seven days a week. Delivery includes helping you get the couch into your space with your assistance.
3. Do you offer delivery outside of Melbourne?
Yes, we do offer delivery outside of Melbourne for an additional fee. Feel free to get in touch with us for an exact quote.
4. Can I pick up the couch myself?
Yes, we’re open to self-pickups. If you’d like to pick up the couch yourself, just let us know, and we’ll arrange a time for you to collect it.
5. How long will it take for my couch to be delivered?
We offer same-day delivery for couches bought within Melbourne, seven days a week, from morning to evening. For out-of-Melbourne deliveries, we’ll provide a quote and arrange delivery times based on the distance. Do get in quick though, as each couch is first come first served!
6. Can the couch fit in my space?
We recommend measuring your space before purchasing. We provide all measurements in our descriptions and even if the couch fits, access to your delivery area plays a role. We assess each delivery situation individually and ask a few questions to make sure everything will fit through doors, down hallways, and into your desired space.
7. Can I view the couch?
Yes, we’re open to viewings by appointment only at our warehouse in Coburg North. Since we’ve optimized our space by stacking couches on their ends, we haven’t set up the warehouse as a storefront.
If you’d like to view a couch, we encourage you to select your top 1 or 2 choices beforehand. This way, we can arrange to have them ready for you to view when you arrive. While we’d love to showcase all our couches, space limitations make it challenging to display them all at once.

8. Can I see more pictures or videos of the couch before I buy?
Yes! We provide detailed pictures and videos of each couch in our exclusive Facebook group. Join us there to get a closer look and see the couches in action before making your decision.
9. Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. However, we value transparency and provide detailed descriptions, photos, and even videos for every couch to ensure you know exactly what you’re purchasing.
